The front desk was super friendly, and I loved the clean bathroom with a walk-in shower. There were comfy spots to relax and a cozy TV lounge where we chilled after a long day. The only bummer was the poor cell signal, so just come prepared with WiFi! ☕

To make matters worse, there was only one elevator working, causing us to wait an eternity to get to our floor, and I even found a dirty toilet left by housekeeping. I complained, but the staff's response was apathetic, showing zero concern for our experience.

However, the lobby was uncomfortably warm upon arrival, and I encountered multiple issues with the door locks during my stay, which required maintenance assistance. The breakfast buffet was chaotic, with flies hovering over the food, raising concerns about cleanliness.
